Daily yoga practices.
We practice breathing (pranayama) and meditation daily. Our yoga (asana) practices vary in style depending on the focus of the retreat, but typically you can expect both invigorating practices as well as gentle, relaxing practices throughout the week.
The practices are carefully constructed to offer variety and balance. Since every place we visit is different, we carefully plan our practices to make space for excursions, relaxation and time to enjoy the unique flavour of each destination.
