Treat yourself to the yoga vacation of a lifetime on the beautiful coast of the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica. Retreat to nature in an immersive beachside jungle experience for one full week of transformational yoga, adventure & relaxation. This retreat is an invitation to reconnect with yourself in one of the most stunning, nature-rich and pristine areas of Costa Rica.

The retreat centre (Finca Exotica) boasts 270 acres of lush jungle, nestled between the primary rainforest and the warm Pacific Ocean. Wake up to the call of the howler monkeys and the brightly coloured macaw, practice yoga on the stunning yoga deck that overlooks the untouched Pacific coastline, and fall asleep to the rhythmic song of the ocean. Each day will include a variety of yoga asana practices, meditation and journaling to inspire self-nurture and growth, with plenty of free time to relax, explore and enjoy delicious meals made with the freshest, local ingredients picked directly from Finca’s jungle gardens.

We will have a wide variety of physical yoga asana practices, but all of our practices will be accessible to all-levels of yogis.

Yoga retreats are one of the greatest ways to travel because you are surrounded by like-minded people who are invested in supporting each other as we build a community of hearts, or Kula.

6:30-7:45am Asana & Meditation

4:00-5:30 pm Yoga Asana Practice

6:00pm Cocktails & Snacks

7:00pm Dinner
