RESERVATION POLICY (RETREATS & WORKSHOPS)
Reservations are held pending an initial deposit, which is specific to each retreat. The amount due to hold your reservation will be clearly stated in the Retreat Policy. All outstanding deposits are expected to be paid in full on the agreed deposit date. Failure to meet this deadline will forfeit your reservation. The payment deadlines will be clearly stated in the payment policy of the retreat. All payment fees that are incurred (such as Paypal fees, wire transfers, etc) are the responsibility of the client. Modaka Yoga will not pay these fees.
Modaka Yoga is happy to create specific payment deadlines for clients on a case to case basis. However, all agreements must be agreed upon in writing by Modaka Yoga.
Reservation policies for workshops are specific to each workshop.
